Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Jago Investor Jago Forum (JIJF) reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw these Terms and Conditions at any time, owing to changes in regulatory guidelines, project requirements, or other relevant reasons. Your continuation as an Implementing Agency will signify your acceptance to these terms.
1.1 The Implementing Agency shall comply with all Local, State, and National Laws and Regulations applicable to its operations, and shall not engage in any activity detrimental to the reputation or image of JIJF, its programs, or its name/logo.
1.2 All presentations, reports, and representations of JIJF information must be complete, accurate, and truthful.
1.3 It shall be the sole responsibility of the Implementing Agency to obtain the latest circulars, guidelines, and instructions issued by JIJF regarding the conduct of Investor Awareness Programs.
1.4 Submission of false, misleading, or incorrect information to JIJF or to beneficiaries shall invite strict action, including blacklisting, withdrawal of project approval, and initiation of legal proceedings.
1.5 Unauthorized or misleading use of JIJF name, logo, or project materials shall attract penal action besides administrative measures.
1.6 The Implementing Agency shall conduct only the specifically approved awareness sessions, and any deviation, misrepresentation, or unauthorized program shall be liable for legal/administrative action.
1.7 JIJF shall not be liable for any cost, damage, loss, claim, or expense suffered by the Implementing Agency as a result of actions or representations made by its own staff, representatives, or beneficiaries.
1.8 The Implementing Agency shall comply with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and instructions issued by JIJF, as may be amended or revised from time to time.
1.9 Any change in the legal status, management, registered address, or key contact details of the Implementing Agency shall be immediately notified to JIJF in writing, with supporting documents.
1.10 The Implementing Agency must ensure timely completion of all activities related to the conduct of Investor Awareness Programs as per the schedule prescribed by JIJF.
1.11 The Implementing Agency shall provide necessary infrastructure, logistical support, and human resources for smooth conduct of the awareness programs, as and when required.
1.12 Jago Investor Jago Forum retains absolute authority to accept or reject proposals at its discretion, without any obligation to furnish clarification.
2.1 The Implementing Agency shall be granted approval to conduct Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs) at specific locations, subject to compliance with eligibility criteria and acceptance of its application by JIJF.
2.2 It shall be the responsibility of the Implementing Agency to submit complete applications and documentation in the prescribed format. JIJF reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
2.3 JIJF may conduct inspection or verification visits either before, during, or after approval. In case facilities are found inadequate, records are falsified, or irregularities are observed, the approval shall be withdrawn immediately.
2.4 The status of the Implementing Agency shall be valid only for the approved location(s) and venue(s). Any change in address or venue shall require prior approval of JIJF.
2.5 A formal approval/letter of engagement shall be issued by JIJF, assigning a unique identification number to the Implementing Agency.
3.1 JIJF may initiate withdrawal proceedings against an Implementing Agency in case of:
3.2 JIJF shall provide an opportunity to the Implementing Agency to rectify observed defects by serving a Show Cause Notice. Failure to respond satisfactorily within the stipulated time shall result in termination/withdrawal of approval. The decision of JIJF shall be final and binding.
4.1 The Implementing Agency shall submit, within 5 working days of each session:
4.2 The Implementing Agency shall also maintain and submit a beneficiary database in Excel format for every session, containing Name, Contact Number, Email ID, Gender, and Age of participants.
4.3 A consolidated monthly progress report shall be submitted by the 5th working day of the following month.
4.4 All records shall be preserved for a minimum period of three (3) years, and shall be open for inspection by JIJF, or any authorized agency.
5.1 Financial assistance shall be limited to ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per session, payable after submission and verification of all required documentation.
5.2 Misutilization, diversion, or falsification of funds shall invite immediate termination, recovery proceedings, blacklisting, and legal action as per applicable laws.
6.1 Under no circumstances shall JIJF be liable for any dispute arising between the Implementing Agency and its staff, trainers, or beneficiaries.
6.2 Decisions of JIJF in all matters shall be final and binding.

Any violation shall make me liable for action under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code and other applicable laws.
